Co., Ltd. and Asia Cement, IPO in Taiwan by Kino Biotech, and TDR issued Ju Teng International Holdings Limited and Hwa Fong Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited; (2) merger and acquisition cases, such as acquisition of Polaris Securities by Yuanta Financial Holding, investment in Jih Sun Holdings by Capital Target Limited, tender offer of Grand Cathay Securities by China Development Bank, acquisition of Hsinchu Commercial Bank by Standard Chartered Bank, and spin-off of Winbond Electronics Corporation.
