For Chun-wei, a junior partner in Lee and Li's dispute resolution and environmental law practice groups, attaining the equilibrium between cost and optimal legal protection is her foremost priority for every client.
In government procurement projects, she acts as the liaison between foreign bidders and the local government. Over the years, her experience in a multitude of construction performance disputes, many of which are domestic infrastructure cases, has earned her the clients' trust.
Clients also rely on her expertise in environmental law. She guides clients through factory registration and pollution prevention issues, conducts EHS compliance checks and provides periodic legal updates. The on-site checks she performs help clients identify any discrepancy between the factory floor and the records.
She is also competent in consumer disputes, labor issues, and civil claims arising from distributor agreements, as well as administrative cases involving environmental impact assessment and cartels.
