Peter has handled the patent related matters, such as patent drafting, patent validity assessment, patent infringement assessment, and patent litigation, for several high profile high-tech companies (e.g. Sony, Toshiba, KLA, Micron, and Supermicro). He has also handled patent search and patent landscaping cases relating to medical devices and patent drafting for several academic and financial institutions (e.g., National Taiwan University and Allianz Taiwan life insurance).
