RBC SYSTEM TO TAKE EFFECT ON 9 JULY 2003
It has now been confirmed that the risk-based capital (RBC) system required under the Insur-ance Law will formally take effect on 9 July 2003. From that date on it will be made the basis for assessing an insurer's capital adequacy.
