FEES PRACTICE FOR PATENT SPECIFICATION AMENDMENTS
The Intellectual Property Office announced on 25 June 2003 that with immediate effect, if pat-ent applicants requesting a reexamination submit proposed amendments or corrections to the pat-ent specification or drawings at the same time as they state the grounds for reexamination, they need not pay an additional fee of NT$1,000 for specification and drawing amendments.
