The Agreement Between the Republic of China and the Republic of Gambia for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion With Respect to Taxes on Income was entered on 22 July 1998 and took effect on 4 November 1998.

Other countries with which the ROC has an effective agreement are Singapore, South Africa, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Vietnam.
