CRITERIA FOR IMPORTANT INVESTMENT ENTERPRISES
Pursuant to Article 8-3 of the Statute for Upgrading Industries, the Executive Yuan promulgated the Criteria and Applicable Scope for Important Investment Enterprises in the Film and Video Industry and the Criteria and Applicable Scope for Important Investment Enterprises Engaged in Manufacturing, Manufacturing and Distribution Center, and Power Generation on 24 February and 17 March 1999, respectively. The standards define the relevant industries and specify the applicable scope, requisite qualifications, and procedures for application, extension, and alteration. They are effective from 1 January to 31 December 1999.
