STANDARDS GOVERNING THE CONTENT OF PROSPECTUSES FOR SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS AND ESTABLISHMENT OF FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE ENTERPRISES
Seven years have passed since the enactment of the Standards Governing the Content of Prospectuses for Subscription Offers and Establishment of Commercial Banks promulgated on 2 July 1991. These were rules amended and promulgated under the new name to cover the subscription offers and establishment of both finance and insurance enterprises on February 23.
In the future, investor prospectuses for new financial and insurance enterprises should disclose financial forecasts for the upcoming three accounting years, and the relationship between the company and affiliated enterprises and their respective shareholding ratios, details of shares and actual investment amounts, an industry overview and market analysis, a three-year forecast of premium revenues from all kinds of insurance, a capital utilization plan, the number of employees, reinsurance policy, and so forth.
