The Executive Yuan and Judicial Yuan recently jointly designated the following institutions to the roster of patent infringement assessment institutions:

Taipei Association of Industry Mine Safety & Health Engineers;

China Industrial & Commercial Research Institute;

Taiwan Economic Development & Research Academy and

Including these three institutions, a total of 69 patent infringement assessment institutions have been designated to date.
