NEW DESIGN PATENT CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE PRACTICE
As of 1 January 1999, new design patent applicants are no longer required to separately submit the scope of the patent application and drawings (or photographs) of concerned cases to the Intellectual Property Office when applying for issuance of patent certificates.
