TRADEMARK RULES AMENDED
On 3 September 2007 the Intellectual Property Office announced amendments to the Enforce-ment Rules of the Trademark Act as follows:
．Henceforth, applicants in dispute cases need not submit Certificate of Incorporation/Nationality; such document need only be submitted only if the IPO considers it necessary and instructs applicants to do so.
．The class headings of the list of goods and services are amended to bring Taiwan's clas-sification of goods and services into line with the Nice Classification, 9th Edition.
