COMPANIES' MINIMUM STARTING CAPITAL REDUCED
In a move intended to facilitate business startups and promote economic development, on 24 April 2008 the Ministry of Economic Affairs made a public notice that the minimum capital required to establish a company is reduced to NT$250,000 for a limited company, and NT$500,000 for a company limited by shares.
