To help the public better understand the operations of insurance enterprises via single entry of the website, and to enhance information transparency, the Financial Supervisory Commission instructed on 1 June 2012 that all documents concerning insurance products and relevant disclosure information, such as the publication system for public information preparation, and Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Article 12 of the Regulations Governing the Same Person or the Same Concerned Person Holding a Certain Percentage or More of the Outstanding Voting Shares of the Same Insurance Company should be published on the "official website for public information of insurance enterprises" of the Insurance Bureau.
