Partial Amendment to Directions for Insurance Enterprises Conducting Lending Foreign Securities

On 8 January 2013, the FSC amended the Directions for Insurance Enterprises Conducting Lending Foreign Securities mainly to add Article 2 to allow insurance enterprises whose capital adequacy ratio is over 200% to lend their foreign securities holdings via foreign agencies.
