MANPOWER SERVICES BUSINESS DEFINED
Following inquiries as to whether a business may register as providing manpower or secondment services, the Ministry of Economic Affairs announced on 21 October 1999 that it had added a new code, IZ12010--secondment services to its list of business categories. The category is defined as a business other than an employment service business which provides manpower support by dispatching personnel to perform work on other enterprises' behalf. However, the creation of this category does not affect any restrictions or prohibitions imposed by other laws.
