IPR TRIBUNAL SET UP
The majority of intellectual property rights cases heard by the Administrative Court are trademark and patent cases. In order that specialized cases can be heard by a specialized court, on 1 January 2000 a specialized IPR tribunal was established in the Administrative Court to hear trademark, patent and copyright cases.
