AMENDED REGULATIONS UN-DER LAW OF ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL AND CODE OF AD-MINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE TAKE EFFECT
The amended Law of Administrative Appeal and Code of Administrative Procedure came into force on 1 July 2000. The Executive Yuan re-vised or promulgated the following regulations to bring them into line with the amended Law of Administrative Appeal:

To facilitate the entry into force of the amended Code of Administrative Procedure, on 23 May 2000, the Legislative Yuan adopted its En-forcement Law that came into force on 1 July 2000.
