THRESHOLD FOR COMPULSORY PUBLIC ISSUANCE RAISED TO NT$500 MILLION
Under its powers pursuant to Article 156 Para-graph 4 of the Company Law, the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) ordered on 2 No-vember 2000 that where a company limited by shares has paid-up capital of NT$500 million or more, shares in the company must be publicly issued.
