The ROC banking regulator, Financial Supervisory Commission, has recently changed the so-called "prior approval" system to a "post-review" system for banks to conduct new financial related business.  This new system will enable banks to offer new products to their clients in a much speedy manner and we hereby attach a copy of our alert sheet summarizing the new system in a nutshell.
