Amendments to Financial Business Related Laws

Dear friends and clients: 

The President has recently signed into law amendment bills relating to seven financial business related laws on 18 May 2005.  The legislative purpose of the amendment bills is to reduce financial crimes and meet the development of the financial market.  These new amendment bills include articles allowing financial institutions to institute court proceedings to revoke any property transfer made by a person who commits a financial crime.  We attach a copy of our alert sheet summarizing the amendment bills in a nutshell for your review.
