Miss Lisa Li graduated from Bio-Industrial Mechatronics Engineering Department, National Taiwan University in 2009. She obtained her master’s degree in Biomedical Electronics and Bioinformatics from National Taiwan University in 2011, and began her career as a patent engineer at Lee and Li. In 2012, she passed the patent attorney examination in Taiwan and obtained the patent attorney license.
She has extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution, patent search and analysis, patent validity assessment, patent right disputes (cancellation proceeding, prevention of patent infringement, patent infringement litigation, etc.) in the fields of mechanical engineering, design and so on, and has participated in numerous cases and helped the clients protect the validity of their patent rights, assert against infringers and exercise their rights.
