Link, Kuei-Lin Chen serves in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group of Lee & Li. His practice focused on civil and public law dispute resolution. Link has assisted civil disputes resolutions including civil engineering, public construction, leasing of public property, the performance of the general civil contract, tort; and several administrative remedy processes related to the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation, the Household Registration Act, the Electricity Act, and the Satellite Broadcasting Act.
