Yi-Wen Chen is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of Lee and Li, with principal practice areas in civil and commercial dispute resolution, labor and insurance. Ms. Chen received both Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degree from National Taiwan University. With scholarship from the Ministry of Education, she further advanced her study in U.S.A. and received LL.M. from Columbia University in 2006 and LL.M. degree with Wharton Business School certificate from University of Pennsylvania in 2007. Serving as a judge for many years, Ms. Chen is proficient in R.O.C. judicial practice. Ms. Chen is experienced in litigations and arbitrations regarding civil, commercial, labor and property disputes, and also advises on local and foreign financial, securities and commercial transaction documents, compliance issues and regulatory applications.
