Yu-Ting is an associate partner at the firm’s Corporate and Investment Department. Her practice covers various fields including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, healthcare related legal matters, and general corporate.
Yu-Ting has long focused on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as inbound investment projects in Taiwan, providing clients with comprehensive services, including transaction structuring, conducting legal due diligence, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, applying for approvals from competent authorities, and assisting with post-investment management. She has advised on numerous mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and group restructuring projects for multinational corporations and private equity funds, and also has experience in venture capital investments and fundraising for startups. Yu-Ting frequently provides legal advice on corporate governance and daily operations, and assists in drafting and reviewing various commercial contracts. Her clients span the high-tech, manufacturing, and retail industries.
Yu-Ting is a core member of the firm’s Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Practice Group and has been seconded to a multinational pharmaceutical company to provide interim legal support. She has extensive experience in the healthcare sector, assisting pharmaceutical industry clients with M&A transactions, reviewing operational and commercial contracts, and providing legal consultation on matters related to market entry, clinical trials, patient support programs, personal data protection, sales and promotional activities, and codes of conduct, etc.
