Mr. Frank Hsu joined Lee and Li in 2001. He has considerable expertise and experience in Intellectual Property Law and relevant non-contentious and contentious cases. His practice areas include domestic and international trademark prosecution, trademark clearance and registrability analysis, trademark disputes (opposition, invalidation and revocation proceedings), trademark enforcement, negotiation over trademark dispute and enforcement cases, Customs recordation, domain name disputes, copyright enforcement, trade dress protection, and drafting and reviewing contracts. With the research spirit and ability, Frank provides clients in different sectors with tailored services approximated to their needs, including for the sectors of foods, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, consumer electronics, computer software, entertainment services, financial services, fashion, beauty care, and household products among other things. He has assisted a famous media and entertainment company in persuading the IP Court into recognizing the well-known status of its trademark and thereby overruling the unfavorable decisions made by the previous authorities.
