Yu-Ting is a senior attorney at the firm’s Corporate and Investment Department. Her practice covers various fields including merger and acquisition, healthcare related legal matters, and general corporate.
Yu-Ting regularly assists client in M&A, venture capital investments and start-up financings cases including legal due diligence and drafting and reviewing transaction documents. She also provides legal consultations in relation to general corporate matters and labor laws as well as drafts and review various contracts for clients in high-tech, manufacturing and retail industries.
Yu-Ting also engages in transactional, regulatory and compliance matters for clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food industries. She has been providing legal consultation on healthcare-related issues including clinical trials, personal data protection, sales and promotional activities, general code of conduct and food labelling.
