Selena Chen's practice focuses on the dispute resolution proceedings, especially in the fields of civil litigation and intellectual property law. She also has extensive experience in assisting clients in reviewing contracts of different kinds, IP licensing matters, and IP-related risk management planning. In addition to the above, she is familiar with personal data/data privacy and competition law, and has provided long-term advice on product liability issues, including helping multinational companies and law firms to evaluate pre-marketing and post-marketing legal compliance (e.g., product development, labelling, product recall, as well as consumer complaint). She has been seconded to assist pharmaceutical companies on multiple occasions, and thus served clients in resolving internal and external legal issues of all kinds, including drafting and reviewing contracts of different types, which has helped her accumulate substantial experience of industry practice.
